Okay here is the scoop on my lastest adventure with my prenatal care. Yesterday I had to take my glucose test. First of all the hardest thing for me was fasting for almost 12 hours. I was so completely tired it wasn't even funny, then I get to the doctors office and I have to wait like 20 more minutes to get my blood drawn. At least it wasn't like 6 viles or anything, so that is always nice. Then I have to wait about thirty more minutes for the doctor to get into work. Once I get into the doctor's room, Lilly is sleeping and it is hard to find the hearbeat once again, when they finally get it her heartbeat is 138, lower than normal, but that is okay they said. Then the doctor's measures my tummy, and that is the first time they have done that, so I am guessing I am measuring okay but they didn't say anything. So after the appointment is done, I have to go to the outpatient center at the hospital around the corner and get more blood drawn, for my lovely rogam shoot that I had to take this morning (which wasn't very pleasant, I am so sore in my bum). But after all of that I had not eaten anything for more that 12+ hours at that point, so I had to run and get something to eat or I was probably going to eat someone, hehehe just playing I was just really irriated at that point, but all and all, everything went well, and I will know by the end of the day today, if I passed the glucose test or not. :) Wish me luck.
