TALK on SUNDAY
Okay I am a little scared. I have to talk in church tomorrow. Good thing it is not a hard topic. It is on Sustaining the Laws of the LAND. I am going to talk a lot about the Constitution and what the prophets have said about that. But it never fails at how nervous I get when I talk in front of anyone. OH, how I wish that I had the mantel of the Lord like I did seven years ago. Wow, has it been that long. Oh well. I hope that the Spirit takes over tomorrow, for my talk to be worthwhile. I am happy to do this talk so that I will feel the Spirit more, I have had a hard time with that lately, but all is well.

Okay it didn't go so bad. I did okay, I was the last speaker though, so that was a little intimidatingly but it is okay, all went well and I was able to quote the prophets about the constitution and love it.
i am so glad that it went well stormy! i know how nervous it can be to get up there and talk to a crowd full of people. i wonder if you are the same as me.. i could get up there and sing all day,but the moment i have to talk i get so so so nervous!? love you
You are exactly right. I can sing all day long every Sunday if I needed to. But is all good, it was a good experience to do a talk to get out of my comfort zone. Love you too.
I'm glad that it went well for you. You could have just done like the guy in my ward did and just tell some stories about President Kimball and throw a few "hells" and "damns" in there. He was old though, so he could get away with it.
Wow Jen that is crazy, but I bet you weren't bored in church hehehe.
