Getting in shape and making a life change is harder and easier than once thought. Let me explain: the "harder" comes from all the things that you have to think through on a daily process; what to eat, when to work out, what to work out, when to get up, when to go to bed, and just other daily struggles of thought. The "easier" comes once you go through all the thought processes it is so easy once you get past the first week, to do it all the time. We have some big goals. We want by next summer to be able to do a Triathlon (swim, bike, and run). It is a lot to accomplish, first of all getting to a normal average body weight will be a huge thing, but then to get our bodies in shape to where we will be able to do a triathlon together, and not kill ourselves in the process will be gianormus. Wish us luck and if anyone else wants to share what their goals and other things that they have planned for the next year, we are all hears.
