Okay, so Rockey and I have decided that we have a huge amount of weight to lose so we both made our goal, and it happened to be the same amount. So I decided to cut out soda, and eating after 7pm at night and eat the biggest meal of the day at lunch time, and work out about a hour a day. It is quite hard but it is going to pay out in the end. It is so cool being able to do this and complete this goal with my hubby. Please support us, and give any advise.
